Deposits & Cancellations: If for any reason, payment has not been received in full 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date Alaska Big Nugget Adventures LLC will assume you have canceled your reservation and access to Alaska Big Nugget Adventures LLC property and claims will not be allowed. It is your responsibility to insure Alaska Big Nugget Adventures LLC receives the funds more than 14 days in advance. In the event that you cancel or fail to participate in the trip, the deposit amount of $500.00 is not refundable. In the event that Alaska Big Nugget Adventures LLC cancels for reasons within our control, and the trip cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be made. If we cancel for reasons out of our control, we will reschedule for another available date. After your trip’s completion, no refunds or credits will be given for any reason. Deposits may be transferred to another party, but only so long as such transfer does not result in a booking in effect being canceled. For example, your deposit may not be transferred to someone already booked and therefore occupying their own booking “slot” with Alaska Big Nugget Adventures LLC.
